Solely to assess your loan eligibility, prepare your loan file, and submit it to banks/NBFCs you authorise us to approach. We may also contact you about your application by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Uploaded documents are received through our secure form provider and stored in access-controlled, encrypted cloud storage (Google Drive). Documents are never stored on the public web server. Access is restricted to Fincentrix advisory staff working on your file.
Only with the specific lender(s) processing your application, and with service providers strictly needed to run our operations (form processing, cloud storage, communication tools). We never sell your data. We never share it with unrelated third parties.
We retain application data while your file is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance. You may request deletion of your data and documents at any time by writing to msme@fincentrix.info with your reference number — we will delete records not required to be retained by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for future communication, by contacting msme@fincentrix.info.
