Overview

What It Is & How It Works

A Cash Credit (CC) or Overdraft (OD) limit is a revolving facility — you withdraw as needed, repay when payments come in, and pay interest only on the utilised amount. It is the standard tool for funding raw material purchases, receivables, and the day-to-day cash gap of a manufacturing or trading business.

Fincentrix computes your correct limit using turnover and holding-level methods, prepares CMA data, and negotiates with multiple banks so your limit reflects the actual working capital cycle of your business — not an arbitrary number.

Limits can be secured (against stock, book debts, or property) or covered under CGTMSE for eligible MSMEs.

How It Works

How Your Drawing Power Is Calculated

Sanctioned limit is a ceiling — drawing power is what you can actually use Paid Stock Less ~25% margin Book Debts <90d Less ~40% margin Drawing Power Sum of the two You Draw Interest on usage only

Receivables older than 90 days and stock bought on credit drop out — which is why the number often surprises borrowers.
