Fincentrix does not charge any advance, processing, or file-opening fee from applicants. Any fee, where applicable, is discussed transparently and only upon successful outcomes. Lender-side charges (processing fees, CGTMSE guarantee fee, etc.) are payable directly to the lender/trust as per their schedule.
You confirm that all information and documents submitted are true and belong to you or your business. Submission of forged or fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to authorities.
